Easier to splash the cash on mobile?

Mobile phones are used for keeping in touch, taking photos, navigating a new city and much more. But how common is shopping on a mobile device?

The ING International Survey on Mobile Banking, New Technologies and Financial Behaviour 2015 asked almost 15,000 people in 15 countries whether they are “mobile shoppers” and what they buy this way.

The report also explores how people in different countries are using mobile banking. In addition, it explores new payment methods, such as use of mobile payment apps, cash and digital currencies. Mobile shopping is another way people make financial decisions on the go. The infographic below highlights some of the findings about mobile shopping.
